In accordance with Decision No. 62/QĐ-ĐHCNMĐ, MIT University convened an appraisal council meeting on April 12, 2023, to evaluate the Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Economic Law. 

The members of the appraisal council include:

- Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Huu Chi, Ph.D. – Hanoi Law University (Chairman of Appraisal Council)
- Tran Thi Mai Loan, Ph.D. – University of Labor and Social Affairs
- Phan Thi Thanh Huyen, Ph.D. – Trade Union University
- Le Huy – LL.M., Attorney-at-Law – Dai Viet Law Co. Ltd 
- Nguyen Nang Quang – LL.M., Attorney-at-Law – Mien Dong Innovative Technology University

After listening to the presentation by a representative from MIT Uni. and reviewing the theoretical and practical bases of the master’s program in Economic Law, the council highlighted its strengths and identified minor points that require further clarification.

The representatives and program developers from MIT Uni. include:

• Assoc. Prof. Dr.-Ing. Pham Van Song – President of MIT University Vietnam
• Nguyen Van Dung, Ph.D. - Dean of the School of Economics – Administration – Law at MIT Uni.
• Nguyen Vu Luat, Ph.D. – Director of the Institute of Postgraduate and Short Course Training at MIT Uni.
• Vo Minh Duc, Ph.D. – Deputy Dean of the School of Economics – Administration – Law at MIT Uni.

The program developers acknowledged some feedback from the appraisal council to take it into account when finalizing the program  Congratulations to MIT University on achieving a new milestone.
