The contest will take place at 5 universities under NHG, namely Hoa Sen University, Hong Bang International University, Ba Ria-Vung Tau University, Gia Dinh University, and Eastern University of Technology (Dong Nai province). After the schools select the school's Miss, these 5 representatives will compete in the final night of Miss University NHG 2021 to become the Miss NHG Student.

A press conference about Miss University NHG 2021 will be held on March 23 to announce the program and open the registration portal. The Organizing Committee will announce the Top 200 on April 13, from which the contestants will enter the semi-finals.

The semi-finals were conducted over 3 days at the 5 universities mentioned above. After that, Top 40 excellent contestants entered the Training Round – Nha Chung. The training contents include: BUILDING BRAND, THINKING FOR SUCCESS, IMPLEMENTING CREATIVE, BUILDING COMMUNITY PROJECTS, FITNESS & CATWALK.
